This hotel was truly luxurious with exclusive amenities that met all of our needs. the location was perfect, within walking distance to major attractions and transportation. the service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. We enjoyed the restaurant and bar/lounge area and the buffet breakfast was top-notch.

The only minor issue we noticed was the Wi-Fi requiring reconnection every so often. this was a small inconvenience and did not detract from our overall amazing experience at this venue.

The location of the hotel was perfect for my business trip. It was conveniently situated close to shops, bus stops, and the train station. I could easily walk to many attractions, restaurants, and my meetings. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the concierge who provided great walking routes and recommendations. The buffet breakfast included a wide variety of delicious options, including champagne and fresh fruits.

The noise was a major drawback. My room had windows facing busy streets, resulting in disrupted sleep due to the noise of traffic and pedestrians.

I was really surprised by the wonderful suite I stayed in at a historic hotel right in the center of everything I wanted to do. The high ceilings, spacious sitting room and comfortable beds made my stay lovely. The friendly staff and great breakfast made it even better. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Best location, right in the heart of the city, close to all the main attractions and shops. The staff were friendly and helpful, always available to assist. The breakfast offered a nice variety of fresh fruits and breads, although the options for hot/cooked foods were limited.

Worst aspect was the noise from the nearby train station, especially at night. It was difficult to sleep with the constant sound of trains passing by.

This hotel is located in the heart of everything, right in the middle of the sights. You can enjoy the nice view from the windows and relax in the comfortable room. The service was good and the staff was friendly and responsive.

I recently stayed at Avenida Palace for a few days and it was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The staff was incredibly helpful and even allowed me to check in early when I arrived at 8am. The room was luxurious and had everything I needed. The location was perfect, with a metro station right outside and high-end shops and attractions within a few minutes' walk. The breakfast buffet had a great variety and the staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. it was excellent value for money.

As business guests, we were impressed with the excellent range of facilities and amenities at the hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, providing excellent concierge service and recommendations. The suite on the top floor was very comfortable and the hotel was in an excellent location. The twice daily maid service and range of toiletries were also a plus. our stay at the hotel was fantastic as business guests.
